Pricing

It is possible that we may from time to time adjust our prices. All goods will be charged as per the price displayed at the time of ordering.

Guarantee & Returns Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to modify or exchange your order please contact customer services + 44 (0) 1223 861588. If it has not yet been dispatched we will be happy to amend it for you, if it has been fully processed, then please follow the returns policy.

Returns policy

We have a no quibble returns policy if items are returned to us within 10 days of receipt. Please use the returns form enclosed with your delivery. The garments should be in perfect condition and if possible, returned in their original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange items that have been used, damaged or washed.

We recommend that returns are sent to us by recorded post and that you retain the proof of postage as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Refunds for returns will be credited within 30 days of receipt of the goods to the original purchaser's payment card, excluding any postage charges that may need to be recovered.

In the event of the return being a gift, we can either issue a credit note or reimburse the original purchaser.

Delivery Times & Charges

All orders placed before 12pm will normally be dispatched within 48 hours once the payment has been cleared. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your package, but of course we will try to get goods delivered even earlier if we can. Deliveries to non-mainland UK and remote places may take longer.

Once we have received your order, we will send you an email to say thank you and give you confirmation details.

Payment Options

Credit Cards

We accept all major payment cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, Delta and Switch/Solo. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon the dispatch of your order.

Cogos takes all reasonable care to make our Online Shop as secure as possible.
 
Cheques

Cheques are payable to Cogos Limited and should include the order number on the back.

Please note that if paying by cheque, the order will be dispatched once the payment has cleared.
